FAQ
How do I earn participation rewards on NodeOps?
Any purchases you make in NodeOps earn gNODE rewards because, if you use a DePIN network, then you are the DePIN network.
gNODE converts to $NODE over time. This means that the longer you stick around, the more you ask the Network to do for you, the more you get back.
What you can do depends on what you like.
Deeply into dev and you will find (currently in closed beta) some interesting working environments. We have already released freemium tools such as Security Hub as a taster.
Wanna at-a-click only? We have tons for y'all. For example, you can farm $NODE by renting a Machine from the Cloud Marketplace and earning a share in its workload revenue.
Each machine earns incentives:
- Registration reward: Earn gNODE for signing up and adding at least 1 machine that provides a minimum of 7 days of uptime
- Availability reward: Earn gNODE rewards for each machine that maintains service
The tokenomics, which will be initiated when Governance is underway, proposes that the Protocol at day 1 distribute 25% of the fee paid by users to run their workloads in gNODE to both Farmers and Providers in the Network's bootstrapping phase of the Network.

How do I deploy a Node on NodeOps?
Great question.
- To subscribe to deploy a Blockchain or Protocol Node at-a-click, use NodeOps Console and be sure you have everything you need such as any required NFT license or native tokens
- To subscribe to deploy a template at-a-click, use the NodeOps Cloud Marketplace
The Marketplace serves templates that will run Blockchain and Protocol Nodes, in fact what you will find in the Marketplace is limitless.
You see, pretty much every product and service you select from NodeOps runs as a Node. You have a full DevOps team under the hood when you run your workloads, leaving you to concentrate on what matters to you!
$NODE
What will I get with $NODE staking?
Stake $NODE to earn $NODE with NodeOps Portal.
NodeOps Console
What does NaaS mean in terms of Node delegation?
NaaS stands for Node-as-a-Service. Typically, running a digital Node requires specific hardware, reliable internet connectivity, and technical knowledge (Windows or Linux). With NaaS, particularly with NodeOps, you can outsource all these technical requirements. NodeOps Console handles hardware, Node installation, and updates, and ensures 100% uptime. With just a few clicks, your Node will be up and running without any technical expertise needed.
Can I ensure 100% uptime using NodeOps as a NaaS provider?
Asolutely. With several years of experience in blockchain and Node management, NodeOps maintains thousands of Nodes. We offer dedicated customer support and high-spec hardware to ensure smooth Node operations and 100% uptime.
Why should I choose NodeOps Console to run Nodes?
By running your Node with NodeOps, you earn Node Points, which can be redeemed later.
I'm a complete novice, can I still set up a Node?
Absolutely. We provide comprehensive tutorials in text and video formats to help you set up your Node without issues. Additionally, our support team is available via email and our ticketing system. We also offer 1-on-1 meetings with Node operators if needed.
My Node expired and I cannot see it in my plans
You have a 7-day grace period after your Node expires before it gets deleted. Once it's deleted, you’ll need to purchase a new plan from the Node Deployment section and complete the delegation process again.
NodeOps Cloud Marketplace
Are the deployments on NodeOps Network as same as Node Deployments on Console?
Yes they are very similar, the difference being that the onboarding of partners and you, the user, is handled by contracts on Arbitrum rather than a centralized service in the case of Console.
I cannot see the referral points getting updated
You will see the points updating every hour.
General queries
Where did my credits go?
I had credits in my account and tried making a payment, but couldn’t complete it, now I do not see the credits, what should I do?
Wait for approximately 30 mins. The initiated payment session needs to go through the full fall-back cycle for the credits to register in your dashboard again.
Can I withdraw credits from the NodeOps Dashboard?
No, credits cannot be withdrawn from the platform. They can only be used for services offered within the NodeOps ecosystem.
What happened to Atlas Network?
The proof of concept campaign, Atlas Network, was so successful that NodeOps decided to take the plunge and bring the concept in-house rather than separate the business risks. We are in it to win it peeps! GM NodeOps Network.
Why does some of the docs content mention Atlas Network?
Atlas Network was a proof of concept campaign run by NodeOps. Bear with us as we rebrand this campaign to be an in-house effort.
