FAQ
- I don't have an NFT, but I deployed a node. Does that mean the node I paid to deploy has no actual use? —> While you need an NFT to deploy a node, your current plan creates a burner wallet that can accept delegations at a set commission rate. Since this burner wallet is associated with NodeOps, you can earn commissions. You can share this burner wallet with Sophon node holders to earn these commissions.
- What is commission based model and premium model? —> a. Premium: With this subscription model, you pay for node operations but keep all your rewards. You can also let users delegate to your node and set your preferred commission rate for license holders who delegate to you. b. Commision-based model: This model has no monthly subscription fees. Instead, NodeOps takes 1% of your rewards to cover node operation costs. You keep the remaining 99% of your reward tokens, while 1% goes to NodeOps.
