Shardeum

Shardeum is an EVM-based L1 that uses dynamic state sharding to achieve linearly scalability while attaining atomic composability across shards. This means Shardeum can increase its Transactions Per Second (TPS) capacity with each validator added to the network to maintain its low fees.

Prerequisites​

  • EVM-compatible wallet
  • Sufficient funds or credits for your Node subscription

Run your Shardeum Nodes with NodeOps Console​

Use the walkthrough to understand how to set up and deploy your Nodes.

Step 1: Show Dashboard Password

Step 2: Click Dashboard URL

Step 3: Connect your wallet to Shardeum

Step 4: Request for $SHM Faucet Tokens in the Faucet Channel in the official discord server https://discord.gg/shardeum

Step 5: Head over To Maintenance Tab, Click On Start Node

Step 6: Click "Connect Wallet" And stake $SHM tokens

Step 7: Under Start/Stop Node, Click "Start Node" and wait for the Status to go "Standby".

Note: You Can Run One Node Per Wallet as per the architecture of Shardeum
